Piano Giftings: The Steinway Society will have three major events in 2023 including two piano giftings, a showcase of talented students from its piano lesson program and the annual Divas fundraiser in September. The Steinway Student Showcase and Gifting will be May 21, featuring performances by talented students in the piano lesson program, with another holiday gifting December 17 featuring Santa and performances by board members Gale Murphy and Jacqueline Jones. Thanks to Helpful Hands for funding the piano giftings.
‘Divas and Dudes’ Returns: Dudes join the Divas for for the Steinway annual fundraiser at the Orlando Museum of Art on Sept. 17, 2023. Performers include Kevin Brassard, Billy Flanigan, Hannah Laird, Carol Stein and Jacqueline Jones,accompanied by the Carol Stein and Friends Jazz Band of Barry Smith, drums; Eddie Marshall, sax; Charlie Silva, bass;with Carol Stein, piano and vocals.
